That be brisket, and any bbq joint in Texas will have white bread served along with whatever you order. I know this offends your sensibilities greatly.

The Strawberry Cake is spectacular.

No, but I've had the same brisket w/ white bread sandwich from Rudy's and it would excite me.. much more juicy.

When I serve up my smoked brisket, I usually serve small buns and home made 'slaw with it.

More the slaw and that I really dislike Wonder-esque white bread. Can't even go near the stuff.
