in stitches you should force yourself to lose weight: if you don't lose 3 lbs by the middle of february, get yourself banned from SF

3 pounds in a month? I've had craps that weighed more than that.

are you very broad? 210 sound a bit portly for under 6 feet. sorry, no offence meant.

i could never follow through with that. :embar: but i will lose the weight.

Not when you're alpha a fuck. Even when I was in great shape, by any standards, I was 195-205. Of course, 205 looked a lot different at 25 than it does at 40+.

I am 6' 2" and probably around 190. I definitely can tell a huge difference in my stomach at 26 vs 22 despite being about the same weight. I also have to get up in the middle of the night to pee and it takes a bit longer to get the stream going. Never used to be like that. Getting older sucks.
