It is just not different/better enough than the 4. Siri is a bitch too. Fuck her.
hmmm not sure. because i have no patience i will likely get it in feb. i have never had an ipod or iphone before, so im sure ill love it.
Dood, wait for the 5. You'll hate yourself if you don't. Think of it this way you'll get your G&G's and a new phone at the same time.
dood, its hard enough to wait for the shoos. now i have to wait for a phone also?
when do you hear it is coming out?
I don't know, but it can't be far off. It is Apple, they have someting new every few months.
Just sold some shoes that had been held in OREO on my balance sheet. Now I can redeploy that capital into something more wardrobe accretive.
OREO? What, is OREO the new term for spectator shoe?
the new front page is making me very happy. focking great.
Other Real Estate Owned - An accounting/banking term for crappy real estate assets that aren't earning you anything and that you want to get rid of.
Reclassified as Discontinued Operations ?
No, discontinued ops could be something where all the assets could still be in accrual status, but you made the strategic decision to exit the business as you couldn't achieve the economies of scale you thought you could. For OREO, think of a half built totally vacant strip mall that is 40 mi. from downtown Phoenix. You have repossessed the property and are holding it on your books for a few months while you get everything in order before you realize your 90% loss given default.

Can a reality show be far behind?
Interesting. I'd not heard that, but then again I'm outside of RE. From an inventory perspective I think of them as closeouts.
Update on the house...
I saw that it was still on the real estate agent's website and I thought that was odd. The county had no record of a transfer of ownership since 1997, and the site was completely up to date. I put in a request for info from the RE and he said it has only gone to auction and he doesn't think it was sold. So there still may be a shot for me to get it.
