^^ i fully understand that, but after following it for so long, like since i was 5, its just part of what i do. now, im not a giant stat geek, nor do i read much on it, but i follow it. i know whos who and who is good, who is winning and who is losing, catch highlights, check the standings... that kind of thing. and for that i enjoy it. the drama of players personal lives and contracts and so on i do not give a shit about.

so a fat guy is on a treadmill wrapped in saran wrap. and then after a few minutes of the sweat pooling in the plastic and dripping down his body another dude sponges the sweat from his face/balls/ass and squeezes it out into a cup. at this point i started hurling. im pretty sure he drinks the concoction too but i couldnt allow myself to watch. i migght have died

the rest of the movie i liked. people getting punched in the face/balls with various objects. crashing bikes/shopping carts, getting gored by sheep and bulls and other such shenanigans. that i am cool with.

    awesome, what did you get?

yes it was. there was also dick swinging in this movie, actually to get technical a swinging dick being used as a bat to hit a golf ball. i never saw the 2nd one but i understand there was something involving horse cum, possibly ingesting it. for that reason i have not watched it. i dont think i would survive.

I am somewhat selective. Maybe it's a northeast thing. My dad never watched any sports so it wasn't something I grew up around. I care about the Boston teams, particularly the Red Sox, and I find the local sports talk/new am interesting diversion. That said, I find two groups annoying/confusing: 1. the local die hard who wants to qualify the fact they are a "real" fan and you are not. and 2. The fans who root for teams in some distant city like San Diego (when they live in Boston). I feel like at the end of the day, it has a lot to do with community and shared entertainment.
