I had a really good track workout this morning. I mean, unusually good, not just in terms of times and recoveries, but also considering that I've started loading up on mileage and - given the past 3 days' runs - wasn't expecting much. But, I got out there and banged them out pretty quickly, and it rained and that was great as well (ipod doesn't like rain much, but fuck it). The aches and pains vanished, and I took the long route home to start the day. Now I'm walking like an 80-year old, but fuck it.
