so in london i would read like five newspapers a day and here there are no english papers. however, i now have like five state-sponsored tv stations so i watch those. its great to see the angle they take on stories Russia Today had for the latest anna champman news: "FBI launches halloween PR stunt with 'ghost hunt' video" and other stuff. Al Jazeera has really good reporting. I also like seeing all their weather reports. The music is nice an a totally inoffensive way and it is interesting to see which cities they choose to list.

English tablois is the worst press I have read in my life but I do enjoy reading The Guardian, Times and The Independent...

    I hate the Daily Mail..

    A tabloid in disguise..

I went to the gym for the last two days; the first time in two months since the break up. It feels amazing to get back into it.

Stephen Fry says that you should read the daily mail, but only considering that the opposite of everything they print is true.

went to cyclocross practice for the first time since my accident.

The bike I was using was not really set for it and my legs were unprepared but it was good to be back. Racing for the first time this season on sunday :)

The gym is stupid. Just eat less. Take it from me, I lost 100 pounds. I did try the gym for a period, I felt like I was losing more brain cells in the place than calories.

Haha, sounds like a shitty gym. I eat fairly well and in small portions, even when I wasn't working out, but I still didn't feel that great.

Working out for me is more than just having a better body, it feels good to be motivated, to be active, to push yourself physically and mentally. I like the sore muscles for the next few days, it's a feeling of accomplishment. Also my gym doesn't have many roiders (have only seen 2 in the last 9 months) and is full of generally fit, good looking people just there to get a work out or class in.
