Drove 13 hours to Vancouver, picked up my condo keys, dropped my car off, and am now waiting for a flight back to Edmonton. Its been a productive, tiring day.

I was struggling to move my BBQ into an SUV yesterday when a total stranger rolled up in a truck and got out to help me load it up. It wouldn't fit so he offered to put it in his truck and drive it to my friends place 10 minutes away. Was totally blown away by his random act of kindness.

Haha no. I drove my own car there and he just followed me. He could have easily taken off with a new BBQ.

Went out to the Outer Banks yesterday and brought home one of my college student daughters from her summer job / kite surfing gig.

I think my continued drunken state from last night has now become awesome.

You're kind of old. No offense. It really looks cool. When she wears her Toms, his head pokes out. :satisfied:

The two kittens we brought home the weekend of the 4th of July are doing really well. Great dispositions, not too much kitten mischief, growing into beautiful cats. We brought home their little brother, by about five weeks, on Saturday. He's really an indomitable little guy. The original female is a little prickly towards him but the older boy is already wrestling with him. Even though Devin is twice the size of Cameron, Cameron wrestles him with huge gusto. I'm still looking forward to the peacefulness of middle aged cats though :)
