No but that does sound really good. I like Jack Black's explorations and preservation of so many musical styles. He's kind of like today's Johnny Winter.

It also helps explain to non-guitar people what the Edge brought to music. He is certainly not a virtuoso player like a Page or EVH but he created interesting sonic landscapes with effects pedals prior to today's computerization of music. He always used sparse chord voicings but employed octaves, delays, etc. to achieve a very ringing and full sound. His intro to Where The Streets Have No Name is a perfect example of that and his dotted eighth note delay technique.
