1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

As my CFO is a CPA (obviously) I'm sure I could arrange any work requirement. If it's something specific though, i.e. field work, well yeah I'd be stuck. Also, accounting classes were one of those things I got through but did not retain much over the last decade as they have little to do with my daily work life. Hmm, might look into things though. I think you can never know too much accounting.

True that: can save you a lot of hassle and surprises. Also, taxation gets a lot less hairy, too.

i've heard partnerships often work better with an objective third party participant. perhaps you and your wife should consider it

You mean like they do on those reality shows. No Thanx.

Mostly happy: Mrs. T got a raise yesterday, on the heels of another raise she got a few months back. The bad news is that she now earns significantly more than I do, and I've got to remedy that.

congratulations and thank you for helping raise houston's economy

Cold is starting to break up and my energy level is starting to come back. Amazing how much energy not being able to breathe right will sap from you.

On my flight home from camping in the desert for two weeks (feeling like Tom Hanks at the end of Cast Away), I was granted a gin and tonic, without the request of an ID--I'm 19. Certainly helped to ease my transition back into civilization. Also, they had Tanqueray--my favorite. [IMG] [IMG]
