1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Of all the posts in the Subway Series of Posts, the one about Lawrence of MD and his wife was the least well received but I have a feeling it's going to turn out like Pinkerton to where everyone realizes after the fact that it had value aforethought.

L'inc my favorite part of your fanciful poasts is when you mention a SF member, who then gets randomly and hilariously infuriated. Is there a way to stack the deck so this happens more often?

I recently bought gaiters. A lot of my friends had them and I thought they looked like fucking idiots using them but I succumbed to peer pressure and bought some gaiters aptly named Crocodile Gaiters.

They are wonderful and make snow activities much more enjoyable/bearable, I wish I had succumbed to peer pressure sooner.

I ordered a new batch of floral shirts (not Hawaiian shirts or "Aloha shirts" I would not even think to wear those) and they arrived yesterday. They are great shirts can't even be gainsaid, but what was less obvious from the online photographs of them was that they are without a doubt the "gayest" shirts in my whole collection of shirts.

My little girl went today training with some local club youth initiative (Gillingham FC).

She is 5 and trained for a few hours in the freezing cold playing with older kids than her...

    I'm so proud of her..

She just got on with it when my son was whinging about being cold about 3 minutes outside the car...

He came back with me to play video games all day..:brick:

I am very pleased with Harvey, L'inc, and Gome for getting my Love and Death reference.

To everybody else, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
