1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

I got a baking steel for Christmas, and I am well on my way to making the best pizza in Cleveland (Cleveland pizza sucks).

I have been hunting for a scarf worn by a certain guerilla group and its supports for a long time now and I think I finally found one.

    Anybody speak Polish?

Found the scarf on Frog Ebay... are there a lot of Kurds in France, Lasbar? I know there are in Germany but not sure about the rest of Europe.

I assume that the figured that out, and that's why you weren't invited.

The Scouts in my hometown were quite cool and relaxed...

I used to prefer playing football and chasing skirts...

T-mobile's customer service is fantastic. They're replacing my 4G signal booster with an LTE one and when I asked if they'd be sending me a box to send the old one back, they said I'd have to pay UPS to pack it up for me.

They then gave me a $10 credit for any packing fees. It's only $10 so w/e, but the gesture is highly appreciated.

Also, John legere is a bawss. He's shaking up the wireless industry to everyone's benefit.

Aren't you supposed to put the baking steel in the kettle pizza for the ultimate combo?

Well, why don't you marry him if you like him so much?

Btw I need one of those signal boosters. My entire first floor is a no cell phone zone

I use the bathroom at the other side of the building solely because it gets a stronger signal.

What do you need cell signal for in the bathroom? Just use the corporate wifi - don't waste your data.

We bought new tires for my wife's car yesterday, and it was supposed to come with a discount. When we went to pay, the discount hadn't been applied to the total. The manager couldn't figure out what was wrong, so he tried everything he could think of to get the amount right. After all was said and done, the total came out to a little more than 10% lower than it should have been with the discount, and this included the hazard warranty, which we hadn't intended to buy. Upon realizing this, the manger basically said, "well, I did my best to get it right, but it just won't get there. We'll just use this total. Thanks for your patience." That was a nice little savings to pocket.
