1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

I tried PBR after Conne posted that scene of Dennis Hopper yelling "Pabst Blue Ribbon!" a while back. It tasted like pee and trust me, i know

At least PBR isn't light and has flavor.

For beer games and whatnot, I highly prefer PBR over any light beer.

I recently had Yuengling the other day, forget which one, but it was darn good for the price.

Coors Light is the shiznit for daytime outdoor drinking, especially for floating down a river.

You might as well be sipping the river water if you're gonna be drinking Coors Light.

This is really hard for me to type, so y'all bear with me.

Edina was right about something. I checked out a Cuban sandwich joint he recommended here in Atlanta, and they served authentic Cubans. Being a Tampa Cuban man, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of salami, but I concede that these were legit, delicious Cuban sammiches.

I don't want to live in a world where Edina's right.

I'm pretty sure there's no E. coli in Coors Light.

There really aren't a lot of great options for that context, and The Silver Bullet meets all the necessary qualifications.

It's shocking indeed, but that world has some tasty sandwiches.

It's like seeing Halley's Comet - enjoy it and find a way to remember it, 'cause it'll be a couple of generations before it happens again.

It was a great game and we were lucky to pull a win. All said I never lost faith in our clear superiority.

My department is hiring, so we've had candidates in for on-campus interviews. Both of our finalists are excellent, and I'd be more than happy to have either as a colleague. It'll be hard choosing between them, but that's a nice problem to have.

I would like to be your colleague. How much does it pay?
