1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

You're right, and I know that deep down. I'm just not thrilled about having to do a job application. I haven't updated my resume for the new gig, so it'll be time consuming.

It wouldn't require moving short-term; I would just commute roughly the same amount of time to a different place. That said, moving is inevitable for us anyway, because the place we're in was intended to be temporary until we got our bearings. Switching jobs would just mean we move to a different part of town when the time comes.

It's similar but not identical. It would require the same skill set I'm using now, but the context would be different. Also, it would focus heavily on the part of my skill set I consider to be the strongest.

The big attraction, however, is that it would mean a substantial raise, since the minimum salary at the potential new job is a little less than 25% higher than what I'm making now. There's a fair possibility I could negotiate for more, too.

That said, the big questions are whether or not it would have long-term options that compare favorably to what I'm doing now, and whether we want to live in the area to which the job would send us.

Fuck...I just had sex with a woman who liked to be choked and slapped. I have bruises and bite marks all over me. This is shit is starting to happen with more frequency. It still is kinda weird for me.

That's a really nice strip club.

The one and only one I went to was shady and grimy as shit. Perfect for the first time.

But I'm glad you were also able to make it to PioBoo's hotel party at his POTUS suite last night, Conne. It was ratchet.

I was at one in Prague years ago, where one of the strippers suddenly took out her screw machine and a dildo and went to town, that was pretty damn odd.

All finished and I think it was quite a success. Raised over six figures and yours truly was resplendent.

Sorry, decided no pics of the suite as it might be identifiable.

No party in the suite...which is sort of a shame as that suite was made for it. I had a nice bottle of Champs waiting on ice and it was just Mrs. Piob and me sipping Champs and looking out at the city lights twinkling below in the distance. Perfect way to unwind before bed after a busy night.

Certainly not the night I had last night. Those days are long past and the hot tub was filled with Geritol.
