1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

I imagine he said, or meant to say, "landsman" meaning, man of the same land. A common expression for a Jew to say to a fellow Jew.

In other news, I got pretty drank at lunch today. Still kind of messed up.

I found a new song I like, which happens about five times a year.

The boat is out of the water and will either be sold or donated, most likely the latter. I am very excited at the prospect of sailing a new (to me) boat next year.

Maybe should go in other thread, but Penn State (school where I earned advanced degree) put a whoopin' on Michigan that's pretty funny!

Penn State's name has been officially changed to Kid Toucher U.

I know this because Penn State bought out my law school the year after I graduated and renamed it. So turnabout is fair play, as they say.

I've been watching BSG while I work out. I just noticed the vast majority of the cast are Canucks.

Nope. I still don't really have a home team I root for, although I guess I should choose between the patriots or the cowboys.

But between those two teams, I'd pick the patriots

I wish I could vote for the Broncos but that would be inauthentic.
