I could eat 50 16 ounce 55 day aged bone in ribe eyes a year if I wanted to, I try not to eat more than 4 or 5. I take people out to a chicago steak house about 50 times a year, its not eating the steak that is my problem

the last steak I had was a few weeks ago in France. But before that, I'd probably have to think back to Christmas.

it's not that I don't like it, it's just that 90% of the food we make at home is vegetarian, and we don't go out to eat very often (that will be changing).

A few months ago I hopped onto my inlaws' cell phone plan. They have a family plan and have a total of like 25,000 rollover minutes, so I basically just added data.

my monthly iphone bill, which they just sent me, is $32.

I eat steak once or twice a week. I am really good at cooking them. I just love them so much. I don't care what people say about my colon.

I go to a butcher that has a calf muscle cut that they call the "merlot" because it is very dark red. Apparently it is a much more popular cut in France, not so much here. It has a bit of a gamey flavor, not much fat, but still pretty tender. Not that pricey either. Eating that with a red Bandol is killa.
