    Good luck!

    ...

got a call back from an old friend re: future prospects. We go back to b-school and she's always a joy to talk to. She told me my life is thoroughly abnormal and I laughed.

Lots of great news and wonderful things happening with so many here. Congrats/Kudos to all.

I'm feeling really good today. I was laid up this weekend after injuring my foot while running Saturday morning, and I couldn't put weight on it. It's much better now so I don't think I'll go to the doc. Meanwhile I've rediscovered cycling (though, unfortunately, on a stationary bike), and it is as fun and enjoyable as I remembered from years past. I think I'll buy another bike.

    G'luck on that job, G.

Making me happy is knowing I will not be at work Friday. No, I will be in Vegas and living large.

    ich daig nisht.

yes, if kosher food touches non kosher food it is rendered non kosher by transference. depending on the factors, and this where it gets complex, it could be entirely ruined, you might just have to cut off the outer layer of the kosher food (even within this option there are different thicknesses that might need be cut off), and you might just need to clean/rinse it off. the profession on the cook is not a factor.

this is fantastic, ill be pullin for ya MrG!! :slayer:

    enjoy!!!!!!

good news, cycling is great fun and exercise. enjoy.

great day today. went to my new future office to meet with my future boss, and talk about some specifics of my upcoming job. first time i had been there. the office room itself is kinda small, but quaint and very nice, and the office building is very nice. (its also 1 minute away from a nice movie theater  )

its gonna be really cool for me to work in a nice, clean, quiet office instead of a disgusting store. and ZZZOOOMG it has heating and air conditioning, proper ceilings and floors.... WHAT AMENITIES!! also, it has a pretty nice view out the window. im pretty stoked.
