Few things can beat a relaxing Saturday afternoon, after a killer busy week, chill music playing, and sharing chilled and caviar at home.

Most unhealthy meals leave me feeling unhealthy. If I eat a really heavy dinner, I'll feel weighed down. I don't need my brain telling my body that I've just done something unwise. But the exception seems to be steak. I just ate a big, oversized steak, and I feel like fucking Superman--just as I suspected I would. In the words of R. Kelly, my mind's telling me no, but my body, my body's telling me yes.

The answer here is to change your mind. Everything but "oversized" here works for me. I had an excellent steak au poivre Saturday night and felt great.

I don't think there's anything unhealthy about eating steak. As long as the cow it came from was healthy, you should be too.

I actually wanted to write something similar to this. It was 3am. Then I realized he referred to the size of the steak ("big, oversized steak"), not the steak itself. Steak is healthy as long as you don't eat it too often.

Great taste. But they lied. It's not as light as milk chocolate. Read that somewhere.

Plus I've won a set of royal leerdam - Paso Doble. Seems solid.

How am I supposed to store my wine glasses? Cabinet space is a luxury mostly exclusive to the western capitalist pig world.

Get those racks where they hang upside down underneath the cabinets.

Well, the description in the shop said (and on the packaging) that the bean is very light and therefore the chocolate nearly as light as milk chocolate is. But meh, wasn't really serious and the taste is fantastic. (although it should be for 20€/100gr :slayer:)
Was yours very solid and difficult to break, too? (with lots of noise and a clean cut nonetheless)

Be very careful installing these. We bought some less expensive ones from Container Store a few years back and came home one night to a kitchenful of smashed wine glasses. The thing was so flimsy that it cracked when the screw went in, and then the weight of the glasses eventually pulled it down. Fortunately, we didn't have any very nice glasses on the rack. It was still a pain in the ass though.

On the topic of chocolate, has anyone had Domori? They have it at Eataly, but it's incredibly expensive so I'm hesitant to buy it.
