Made my first ever chimichuri sauce last night. It was green and it was good.

that's actually one of my favorite things in the world. It goes so well with so much. I really love it with eggs and sausage for breakfast.

Some damn good apples in the store ATM. Unfortunately no more Ambrosia. This Empire is ridiculously creamy and lush. Just a tiny bit acidic at the end so you just want more... mmmm.

Cooked a whole rack of lamb tonight at a dinner. It came out really beautiful. An older woman remarked it was the best lamb she had ever tasted. She was 89, so that made me happy.
