Wordle I often start with whatever pops into mind or a word someone recently said to me. Penis is still a rock solid option though.

Quordle I stick to strategic picks because I usually open with a 2 word combo before making attempts at guessing.
SOARE/TULIP (or CRANE/TULIP which doesn't cover your vowels, but might have better odds of actually solving a word on 3)
ADIEU/STORY (or STORM if you've already picked up a bunch of vowels and a Y seems unlikely.

And then for guess 3, unless I am very confident in a word (like I literally can't think of more than one word that would fit), I will go with whatever game has the least information so that I can eliminate the most letters and help the other 3 games along. Guessing on a game where you know 4 letters but there are multiple potential answers is a losing proposition.

likewise i'll just collate the letters that might fit a multi-solution scenario , and figure out a word with the letters so i don't have to burn a bunch of guesses to get one letter

i added some “share id” feature to my phone from verizon (its free) which should correct this in a day or two but cant imagine how this changed in the first place. Maybe a glitch in the matrix?
