So its no secret I’ve been testing the job market and recently got an interview with a fairly reputable company. It would probably be a step down in title but I’m more than willing to take it on to not having to work 14 hour days anymore for a **** company.
So I get the email for the interview and its 4 hours long with 6 different people? Holy crap. I mean, this isnt VP level **** here. Am I interested? Yes, but there are tradeoffs that I am still weighing. Anyway, off to make up an excuse to miss half a day on Monday.
Correct. Pros and cons. Pros and cons. *sighBro, if the interview is like this, you need to consider what daily oversight is going to be like.

Except its not that level either. That's about normal for second rounds even for the Manager/Director level.

Lol I guess I have to respect a company that makes quadruple sure they are not hiring an edina.Seems excessive for an office maintenance position.
I'm likewise miserable in my current gig. Got a screener interview on Monday for a fantastic opportunity, but I'm so stressed and worn out its going to be tough to muster the fake enthusiasm it needs.

In construction they have more words for quitting a job than eskimos have for snow
