**** Kelo. Government shouldn't be able to take private property to give to a developer to build a stadium or high rise condos or whatever.
This is the kind of legal analysis that will get you a primo spot on fox news analyzing elections


But I do agree with you. Also, New London got royally Fucked by Pfizer in that deal. Shockingly, when cities bend over backwards, change things, and spend millions of dollars, Companies don't really give a ****

It's the goddam NBA. The worst sports league in the history of the universe.
I wish I had a horrible tiny house in that blight of a neighborhood. I'd be the lone holdout.

I'm not going to get into politics anymore in this thread, but there are plenty of examples including Kelo where the government used eminent domain for private projects and then they never happened. Look no further back than Janesville, WI with Foxconn. Lots of tax dollars and eminent domain, and they didn't build the thing they promised.
