What's the one where you put it in a wheel of parm? Either way I had C e P like 4 times in Rome.
I've seen an "alfredo" made that way in Rome before, though it's not alfredo in the American sense of the word because there is no milk or cream used, just butter, cheese, and a splash of pasta cooking water to tie it all together, very close in representation to C 'e P

I watched a Roscioli live video on it.
They use a hand blender in a separate container and emulsify the Pecorino, pepper and pasta water into a thick goo, and then put a big scoop of it onto the pasta for mixing.
It rules...

I got a new (to me) PS4. as the old one died.

And a new game. "Control".
This game is about alien dimensions and viruses. lots of shooting. and puzzles. . Singing janitor? Moving walls?
This is no cakewalk. No, this isn't a recollection from yesterday. this game is tough. It just gets more difficult every minute.

I'll wait until the games choice is more. as now new games are also released on ps4.

its an Eh. . . . decision.

If you have a gen 2 ps4? i say wait.
It's a lot of money for a console . when you can play the same games on the console you have.

Doesn't the PS4 upload save data to the cloud? Can you not pull down your save data from the game and pick up where you left off?

The "Midwest" is the most bullshit region on the face of the earth.
I will fight you. And win. The Midwest is the greatest place on earth as long as your aren't ethnically diverse or lactose intolerant
