I've seen an "alfredo" made that way in Rome before, though it's not alfredo in the American sense of the word because there is no milk or cream used, just butter, cheese, and a splash of pasta cooking water to tie it all together, very close in representation to C 'e PWhat's the one where you put it in a wheel of parm? Either way I had C e P like 4 times in Rome.
