I have been on the phone with my mother who is trying to get her microphone to work on her computer. Her computer is so fucked up from her being a dope she needs all of these different passwords to get into system preferences and she never remembers any of them and starts yelling that the computer is wrong, then tries to reset them, then two-factor authentication she gets frustrated with. It has been a ******* hour and I want to blow my brains out. She is so ignorant about computers and so disorganized with everything in her life this is utter ******* madness.

You will never ******* believe this. She got to the app finally that her microphone apparently wasn't working and she's yelling at it and saying "see it doesn't work!" I am confused saying "WHAT doesn't work?????" "The microphone!!!!!! I can't hear my voice on the computer!!!!!!!" She thought she was supposed to hear her voice come through the computer speakers in the video app.
