I've been to 60 countries, I think, the only place I could call home is Poland. Which I may get some flak for, but it just git my temporary. Japan I'd amazing, but it is difficult. Everyplace is difficult, really. Can you tell I've had a few? Yes I have had.

I just feel alienated. This isn't a sob story. I calculated it. I've spent almost 1/3 of life on vessels. I get older. My friends move on. I understand how people get weird. I don't want to get there.

I'm a machine and a robot. One reason I can't leave is these are like my kids. I train them. I rose up from nothing to a senior officer. I love being that one person to guide others.

I started my career cleaning places. Now I push off the dock and vis-a-vis with the office.

A yes, the great Toilet Paper Famine of 2020. There was no bumf on the shelves for three weeks, I and was beginning to get worried. When things settled down, I bought a three-week supply and stashed it in the back of the closet.

Last month, when I got Covid for Christmas, I was in isolation ... for three weeks. I felt like Milhouse Van Houten when Springfield was flooded, but he was wearing flood pants. Everything's coming up Cause Moe!

I just bought a dozen eggs yesterday, from a source where I've acually met many of the chickens. $6/dozen used to seem like a premium price, but justified for fresh eggs from a local farmer's hens. Yesterday the cooler was fully stocked, and now that same price is cheaper than supermarket eggs.

Especially for things like poached eggs and over-easy, these fresh eggs are clearly superior to the supermarket eggs. The farm stand is "closed" for the winter (but the door is unlocked and the egg sales are self-service, cash or check only), so maybe the shelves won't be depleted.

That hotel is prolly a Motel 6, too
I see a doubletree and holiday in on the list so it seems fine.

Although it is contingent on the hotel agreeing to give you the federal government rate which I’m sure isn’t guaranteed.

How do you prefer trousers to be finished?

  • Plain hem

  • Cuffed (1.5 inches or less)

  • Cuffed (more than 1.5 inches)

  • No preference, as long as the proportions work
