I was recently reading about migration from El salvador , there are probably 2 generations of salvadorans in the US that add up to ~2.5 million people . El Salvador itself is 6.5 million people , a pretty big notch in the ol' population pyramid . yeah when you can literally see the trajectory of a country change in a chart is pretty wild .

Time for another Tour De Deep South driving the kid back to Snow Mountain University. Instead of doing the thoroughly depressing Tuscaloosa, Meridian, Jackson, Monroe, Shreveport, Tyler, Dallas route again we are going to try the potentially much funner Birmingham, Tupelo, Memphis, Little Rock, Texarkana, Greenville, Dallas route.
