I'll just say it's been hard to find positives this year and I've not been talking about the most pressing and stressful thing going on in our lives. Last Wednesday night was pretty tough but this morning things seem to be improving. I just try and stay focused on the future, be that retirement in nine years and 119 days, or patio martinis with Mrs. Piob come the cool weather.
If it's work related I can tell you from my experience you're probably at that point where you can see the light at end well enough to wonder if you can make it. I turned 50, my wife died, my mother died and I even spent a little time in jail all in the same year.

Not work related but we're getting through it. Condolences on the wife dying as that's been on my mind lately.

I think I’ve lost all ability to binge watch. Starting in on Umbrella Academy S2 now, and I like it, but I can’t bring myself to watch more than an episode a day

I have lost a lot of weight during lockdown. Unfortunately that is all due to lost muscle mass due to no gym.

The extra running isn't helping either.
