I’d root for the Astros if they wore the tequila sunrise jerseys. Or even the 80s version with the shoulder stripe. I’m superficial.

I had this very conversation with my gf of girlfriend. She was very surprised that I wasn't rooting for the Astros throughout the playoffs because she knows I love the tequila sunrise jerseys. I said that if they still wore those, I'd absolutely be rooting for them.

I ordered something on saturday...it shipped out on sunday and was at a local UPS warehouse at 5:04 AM yesterday.

The tracking says it was scheduled for delivery on thursday by end of day, but is now scheduled for "Early Delivery" which means tomorrow.

**** you UPS. I know the shipper didn't pay for next day air...but if the package is already here, why won't you just deliver the damn thing?

Because then people would not use next day in many cases hoping it arrives earlier.

I got a parking ticket for a rental car.

At first I was pissed because the stated date was right in the middle of my trip...which meant I was two states away and it was impossible.

After getting the rental car claims people to waive their "admin fee" and thinking about how annoying it is going to be to contest this ticket (like what...will they accept my toll pass records as proof I wasn't here?), I figure out how to get to the website that shows the pictures of the car parked so I can see what car they actually got.

Well...it turns out it is the right car...but the ticket is for 5 days after they said it was and I had returned it days prior.

F***ers can't even tell the difference between a 3 and an 8.
