1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

How are the properties valued? Here they are valued by the taxman, who undervalues most properties compared to market value. Oh and 3% property tax. :brick:

I don't know what they used for valuations for this graphic, but my guess is the official valuation which is the local tax man. Typically they value your house, and it is a lagging valuation - after the bubble burst, it took two years to fall, but now they're coming up, and tax valuations are slowly following. They also typically have a valuation deduction for it being owner occupied.

Okay so I went took my car in for Missouri Inspection you know what that means I had to give them my key. And once again y'alls can follow the chain of conselquences once the inspection was finished they gave me my key back, of which I had to put back on to my key ring. Anyone thinks it's easy task to get a car key on to a key ring is living in another world, put 'er that way. It does damage to the fingernails and causes pains.

(I know, I know: some of you are saying "What the hell a true man of 21st sentry don't use key he use keypade!!!" I've stated my views about such ideas in the past and I will do so again if I deem it necessary.)

I support your use of car keys. I too have stated my views about this "comfort access" ball sheet and would do so again if needed

Shouldn't keys on the keyring be a job duty of your driver? Or are you a self-driving Maybach owner?

Use a coin to create a gap in the keyring. So you save your nails.

Why purchase such a fine automobile as Maybach and then let another man enjoy the experience of driving it don't make no sense.

I am never patient enough to wait until such time as I have access to coin. I am a "man of action" want to get things done right now.

Based on many job postings I have seen lately, I think the currently accepted phrase is "man with a strong bias for action."
