1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

VaderDave said it can be hard to break in here tough crowd. My point was that certain posters are a hit "right off the bat." I am only responsible for The_Chiliin_Fool's success insofar as I had been talking about Cincinnati-style chili right before he made his first post. His post had a timeliness to it that was really more luck than anything else.

Little-known fact... some of the "SF Elite Users" (Me, Neo, Sissy Spacerock, Free_Sex_Tonight) have a thumbs down button to "temper the souls" of SF vis-a-vis new poasters.

Is there anyway to check to see which post has the most thumbs up in SF history? Pretty sure it'd be one of my comedy pyramids.

Before I click on the link, I bet the top 10 are either Waywt posts or one of the shoe circle jerks

I heard that you were quite literally the center of attention at the last SF shoe circle meat up was a sticky situation so to speak no two ways about it.

Had a purchasing meeting with a vendor today. Here's how it went:

Sales Team Leader: Hey guys my name is Jonathan Romney but my friends call me Dooda.
    My team: [crickets]
Sales Team Leader: Get it? You gotta say it like real fast all together like DoodaRomney. Hahaha!!
Me: If you keep up with this kind of silliness there will be an Exodus from the meeting if you catch my drift.

Microsoft's latest Windows update (last night) goofed up my Outlook on my work computer. We had to re-install/configure accounts on several of our office computers, which was a pain. Fortunately we didn't lose any data. WTF, Microsoft?
