1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

How exactly do you identify who is expelling the Chobani-farts if you all work at one shared 24ft long startup table?

I decided at the last minute to wear black shoes instead of brown to where I had to change my belt as well. It's amazing the hardships we'll put ourselves through for the sake of fashion (style) hehehe!

I came back from the long weekend in a positive attitude, and by lunch I can't wait to get home to finish applying for a few jobs.

Fucked up my lower back deadlifting 405, sprained my left hand, and burned the shit out of my right palm possibly the worst time for this all to happen.

Speedy recovery. Hope it's just a muscle, don't want to herniate a disc. That sucks, been there and have the surgical scar to prove it.

Every time we go to dinner as a group people seem to talk about the food from the moment it arrives until the goddamn check is signed. I like eating out, specifically the part when I'm able to enjoy my meal without answering a dozen questions about it. How's your steak? How are the potatoes? Is the sauce good? None of us work for a food magazine nor are we reviewing the restaurant. We are not food experts. Up until the moment the food arrives we are having a fine conversation, then it's 30 minutes of pointless and banal remarks. I suppose I'm a jerk because I don't care how my friend is liking his fish, or how his wife is enjoying her pasta, so I don't feel a need to ask them. I suppose I've always enjoyed eating alone for this very reason.

Now I understand why you carry a gun to restaurants

    lol - "table for one"

i actually really enjoy eating in restaurants alone. i order appetizers, a beer, an espresso afterward and i just take my fucking time. then i think about maybe going to a movie. it's pretty amazing.

but to your point, what would you rather talk about? your fucking work week? trust me, nobody wants to hear that shit either.

my own pet peeve is motherfuckers who talk about the weekend at work, then turn around and talk about their workweek at a party! at least your irritating friends are where they are, which is more than i can say about most people who always seem to be wherever they aren't.

    can you dig it?

Not really hibbeldy-jibbeldy or pissed--just sad. We had to put our lab/golden mix down this morning. His rear legs had deteriorated to the point where he was in constant pain. He passed peacefully and I'm glad that my wife and I were there with him to the end.

    :(

I was feeling a bit tuckid and so I called in an order for drugs. Well guess who filled the order that's right it was Mengtibbi the drugs were counterfeit and had no effect on me other than to lighten my wallet. I was like "goddammit!"

That sucks, I cried more putting my cat and old dog to sleep than I've done at most human funerals.
