1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

I witnessed some douche buy snus the other day. Not gonna lie is used it in college. Mainly at parties just to see how confused people were by it.

Dear fucking christ, MrG, I did not expect anyone to get that reference. I barely made it as a reference, admittedly, but that's what I meant.

You get 12 internet points from me today. Well played, sir. Well played.

So a few weeks ago the original members of Wings (minus Linda) were going to have a performance in Atlanta (Joe English is from Ga) with Venom, a heavy metal band that somehow Paul was a big fan of. IIRC, it was supposed to be like this super-intimate (maybe acoustic?) concert at this small space in Atlanta. It wasn't really publicized because they wanted it to be for true fans etc etc etc.

Anyway, the opening act goes on does their thing. Venom does their sound check and decided the sound wasn't good enough so they cancel their performance. That's all well and good except for the fact that a bunch of Venom fans found out about the show and had arrived. When they got the news they become more-than-slightly restive. Also, apparently Paul said "well if they don't perform I don't either" and just canceled their performance.

I am a huge Prince fan...not always his music, but always his talent.

I actually saw Chris LeDoux live in like '98. It was at a small club, and Chris shook my hand from the stage. I also got a pick from his guitarist. It was a lot of fun.

I know a lot of people enjoy the act of shaving to where they even make a riteeal of it and buy expensive "gear" but not me it is not a act I enjoy. (I just had to shave now hadn't shaved for a couple of days.)

I enjoy a good shave. Makes me feel refreshed and clean. Like the ass of a 10 year old boy.

I just ate some super-cold watermelon before some hot steamed veggies. My teeth want to be ripped out with a vice grip.

There are few things more tedious than conversations about finales of television programs be like "Instead of events a, b, and c, I believe that events d, e, and f should have been portrayed on the screen would have given mankind a sense of joyous as opposed to disappoint." "Bullshit you don't know the first thing about television writing as proven by your remarks of now they should of had Don Draper windsurf over a dolphend."
