Well, is there a time frame involved? For example, if you are fapping on 6th ave and 11th street and you have no bathroom to find for a long time what happens? Surely you are going to wash your hands at some point in the future, no?

at my office, you can usually hear the toilets flushing from the hallway. I hate this because I can always tell when somebody hasn't washed their hands, it's a flush and a dash to the door.

Tried a new local hamburger joint today. Easily one of the most bland tasting burgers I've had. Fries were nothing special either. No idea how the place was as packed as it was. Took forever to get my meal.

So I mentioned here a while back that my identity was stolen. Thieves filed fraudulent tax return, and I'm assuming they got a refund. Anyway, IRS hasn't finished reviewing my case, and no date is available for when I'll get it. Apparently it can take three years.
