1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Enough of this blogger who was asked to wear a shirt in her "after" picture for her weight loss story in Shape magazine.

There once was a fatty named Gomey,
He looked like a tube of baloney,
When his weight in his Aeron
proved too much to bear on
It gave out as if to say "blow me."

Why the fuck would someone schedule a meeting to start at 5:30pm and just assume I'll come?

9am meetings are worse. I'm not fully caffeinated at such an hour.

I do the 7 am calls too...what I try to insist on is, don't book me for a 7 am and a past 5 pm meeting in the same day

I'm usually at work for 6am which is why I do not like late meetings. I am getting more rebellious and simply sleep in late and don't get into the office until 9 or 10am now if I have a late meeting and I double down and do it again the morning after the late meeting.

Man, I'm going to have to take out like 150K for grad school, and that is for a pretty modest/impoverished existence.

Going to go jack off (takes the edge off).

TRIGGER WARNING What I'm about to post might get some of you fired up with anger but I've got to speak my truth won't be silenced.

If Subway wants to charge me one dollar and fifty cents to add avocado to my meal, they should not be so stingy in the amounts of avocado added. Hey I thought this was America land of value!

Sounds like a bad idea (the debt, not the jacking off). How much of a boost in income do you expect? Enough to make up for a couple of years with no income and $150K in debt?
