1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Everything. Electric and gas...heat & hot water are gas. It's typically $50-$70 but using the heat drove the increase. Maybe I'd be better off getting a space heater for my bedroom.

Not all that easy to find.

So the cat's kidney values are in the good range so he may have only chewed on some mums which made him sick and not gotten to the lilies. Better safe than dead though.

Some of us did have a choice, we just have to roll with what we got at birth.

that female m&m is diabolical...she deliberately introduces her friend and gets him to go home with someone who she knows is a killer (of candy). doesn't that make her an accessory to murder (by eating)? why aren't more people outraged by this?

Maybe she was punishing you for not being a man and picking up the tree yourself.

    Bull shit.

We have always had multiple cats and would never consider anything but a real live balsam (fuck long needles and over pruned, overly dense imitations that don't leave room for ornaments).

And we light real candles on the tree... None of these pansy ass electric lights.

M&Ms are not sentient beings. They are like that clockwork bird from Clash of the Titans. No more reason to mourn the loss of an M&M than to mourn the loss of a calculator.

They looked sentient to me. Even Santa fainted upon conversing with them

I succumbed and bought one of those Jawbone Jamboxes on a Black Friday sale. $99 even at $50 off is still expensive for bluetooth speakers that will ultimately be used mostly inside my bathroom (to listen to music while showering).

I do not like holidays never have. My brother gets very impatient with my mother and does not even try to hide his annoyance with her, to where she cries. This happens every holiday, including this one (Thanksgiving). Could do without that.

so sad to hear. (my grandmother and father had a very contentious relationship which sucks the happy out of everyone during holidays and non-holidays too)

    Dear A:

Being both a baker and serious homebrewer, I know precisely what amylase is and what it does. Can't fool the Teacher. :teach:

    Sincerely,
