1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

My dentist is a guy, and none if his hygienists are cute. My optometrist, on the other hand, is a cute Azn lesbian with excellent taste in assistants :)

Unless you are Mitt Romney ballin' you are the person people think pay too much. Also, withholdings? Since when do withholdings mean anything?

Earlier today I held the door open for a person. Would you believe me if I told you that the person did not say "thanks," or even nod his head (gesture of acknowledgement of deed)?

^ That's why I only open doors for hot chicks. Men are so ungrateful.

Last time I was at Starbucks I held the door for some cow in "workout gear" (she hadn't worked out in 15 years) and she did not say a word of thanks.

That's interesting, because I've always gotten a "thanks" and a smile when I've held the door for people at Starbucks. Of course the Starbucks I visit most often is on a university campus, so that probably makes a big difference.

Did she say "thank you" later in the evening by making love? (With you, I mean.)

Most cant seem to grasp that the reason I opened the door was not to let them in, but first to walk out. An added bonus of my walking out of the store is that if they are not annoying, i will keep the door open.

The door swings outward here, so it's awkward to hold the door open until you get outside.

I think more people need procedural instructions for very basic things in life.

It's up there with people who bulldoze into the damn elevator as soon as the door opens.

I like to stand in front of subway doors and demand that I be let on before anyone gets off.

I was thanked not in the morning not in the evening (no time of the day).

Is Teger a communist? I don't know how left he is. I think more people have a problem with a Mitt Romney paying a 15% effective tax rate than someone making $750k paying a 38% rate.

Unless you make over $1m lets say, in which case, shut up and enjoy your 510,000.

You would be wrong. No one should be making 750k!

Also, wage income and capital gains are not equivalent.

Teger is a fellow that told me he's fine with my taxes going up as long as it means he gets free healthcare. Teger makes me smile.
