I sang along during Mamma Mia(!). And applauded. And cheered. And danced in the aisles. I nearly skipped around the theater to Dancing Queen, but every man has his limits.

I gave this poast a standing ovation. Wife thinks I'm insane.

No, but I think half of SF would get SRS wood.

    . SRY mang.

Parents bailed on today's gathering, brother was being a shit. I don't need to ever see him again. Or his ex-con live-in girlfriend with the custody issues. And if my parents don't grow brains or a backbone, the same applies to them.

Srsly, though - what kind of idiot do you have to be to accept at face value some of the outlandishly lame excuses they offer? How stupid do you think I am?

Sorry to hear of all the woes. Hope everyone makes it through the holiday stress. So glad my main stress is I think I'm out of cocktail olives.

by the fucking way, I would like to say that my Christmas started at 2 a.m. with a vomiting infant in my arms. She finally got back to sleep around four, once the fever broke. Along the way we had a tornado watch and intermittent power outages. I'm now drinking this damn hard cider that Munch was praising, just to find out that I probably got the wrong version, this tastes like olive juice and in a curious case of synchonicity, is the same brand of cider that the wife brought home a year ago and we completely hated. Those fucking limeys just changed the packaging and we fell for it again. Merry fucking christmas, indeed.

    Remember, left bottom drawer......

This sounds all too familiar. Is it the food, the guests or both?

Just a word of advice, T: Should you take Stitch's suggestion, I wouldn't start with "Sleep Now in the Fire."

no no no the concert video. I decided to play that instead of her usual Curious George. Worked pretty nicely. Next week: Beethoven.

    LAWL sounds like my bedroom.

This sounds dumb I know but I hate getting gifts from my family. I've told them for years now, I hate having stuff I don't want or need in my life and just get me cash for Christmas (stuff I do need, I have to buy--boxing/running shoes and some bonsai pots). So, again this year, I have a bunch of shit I don't want or need and nothing I actually do. Like, money is tight for everyone this year, I don't get why you would waste your money and time doing that. I get pissed because of that and its also like, is there a reason you don't listen to me?

On a positive note, I'm at work today and tomorrow, probably going to be the only one in the office. My plan is to get my work done early, then periodically check my email throughout the day because NOTHING IS GOING TO HAPPEN and my major assignments for the near future are done.
