1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Are you using gmail? It's right there.

I don't know if it means the same on AOL mail.

Aww man, I don't even have an analyst from whom to change from.

The book I am teaching is Critique of Pure Reason by Immanuel Kant.

My book is not quite as well known as Kant's but maybe we can arrange some kickbacks for your port collection if you choose to use it.

I think most people do! Did you have to read the whole thing?

I am making my students read the whole thing. I think it will fortify them.

My basil plant had reached nearly 5 ft and I was planning on harvesting it all this weekend before frost hits. The plan was to make a large quantity of pesto, then take the rest and coarsely blend with water, and freeze both in cubes. The weather today saturated the soil, and the high wind uprooted my plants, so I had to do this today after work. About half way through, the drive wheel on the blender ground itself down, so I was only able to make pesto but no pure basil cubes.

not really pissing me off, but....

so my sister and her husband is in town for almost a week now. and I love their company and all. but they always wanna hang out in this place near ours, a local bar with a view of the city and the golf course. mind you I've been there many times with the wife and by myself and I love the place. but I think I've met up with them there 4 times this week, and I've been suggesting we go somewhere else, and still they wanna just go there.

oh, and another peculiar thing- my brother in law the christian right wing conservative goes on a CE-worthy rant when he gets one beer too many. I mean obama and book of revelations comparisons... wow!

Christianity has been around for two millennia and from my reading of church history comparisons to the book of revelations and call for the current period as the end of times has been going on since the first century.

Kanye West's appearance on Kimmel will be rehashed in the headlines for the next month. I love you Kanye, but George Zimmerman had one of the greatest unnecessary publicity stretches of all time, and I'm still recovering from his bloated face's blank stare.

Bastard of a text nearly as bad as Being and Nothingness & A Thousand plateaus, capitalism and schizophrenia.
