    It's a function of sector as much as anything else, and HR departments exacerbate it with their ridiculously rigid approach to the application process. With very few exceptions, from top to bottom on the org chart, everyone fills out an app. It's stupid, and it suuuuuuuuucks.

    HR is horrible. Ineffcient as all hell. I think angry douchebags in this world either work in HR, or become cops.

    i'm a nice guy and i work in HR :)

    but i work in the antithesis of the corporate world, so its lacking that rigidity everyone loves...

    not quite, same idea though - its in the digital media industry at least.

    we're trying to go paperless and the amount of structure its forcing on us is pretty infuriating, actually.
