Damn, sorry to hear that. What can you do?
lift wieghts with my upper body, and I am waiting to hear back about swimming and yoga. I might just throw myself into upper body lifting, which I have avoided for years in favor of full body stuff, but you do what you have to do.
I do that anyway and I don't have my own office.
I never did that before because if somebody walked by and was all "oh man it smells like ass in here", I'd just burst out laughing. Which, of course, cause another one to squeeze out, and the ones that release mid-laugh are always really loud.
this whole thing makes me think about my high school job at Target, and that makes me happy. Not the work part or anything, but we had walkie-talkie radios that people would put on their belts and stuff, and I always used to fart right into mine and so on the sales floor everybody's radios would emit that sound. And of course, most people on the floor were dealing with customers, and it was a mess, etc.
all the managers got so mad one time, they began to bark into their radios "WHO IS DOING THAT?!?!?". So awesome.
I know there's a thread about this, but I swear to the Lord Almighty I am going to go on a facebook un-friending binge, eliminating all the half-wits who can't refrain from posting stupid political shit. If you're going to post political shit, at least try to have an original thought; don't just recycle talking points from your favorite blogs and AM radio hosts.
ooooh... sorry to hear that, z.
"you can't fire somebody just because he punched someone." - worst boss ever.
Unless the alternative is wearing his other pair of shoes.
Surely The Jonas Brothers and Hanson are included in that small group that you don't hate.
They aren't classic rock.
You love KISS though, right?
Glad to hear that otherwise it would be rather incongruous.
Sorry Lin. They are a joke.
People hear with their eyes. Compare Gene's bass parts to anything else in the genre in the early to mid '70s. They're very good. Simmons and Stanley are both very good singers, and the songwriting is solid. But they also have a strong visual element and write songs that aren't about world hunger or nuclear proliferation, so critics don't take them seriously. It's rock and roll for criminy sakes!
Checks? Hello, the 1960s called they want their technology back.
