Ok, seriously, just so you don't panic. On your way home, go to a pharmacy and buy some tea: thyme, elderflower, "Spitzwegerich". Drink as much as you can from elderflower (you'll sweat a lot, but that's good) and "Spitzwegerich" and make a couple cups of steeped thyme tea. Get in your bed, grab something to read or watch TV. Enjoy the rest of the evening. When you still don't feel fit tomorrow, repeat. Was your hands regularly (I do not mean every ten minutes!). Flush used tissues.
