On a related note...

I can't stand when people who give health speeches or do health segments on tv or whatever talk about eating healthy and the first thing they do is single out donuts. Look, donuts are a luxury. If you eat way more than you're supposed to, you're just a fatso, and fatso gets fat. If you want to single something out, single out the guy who sits down in front of an entire bucket of chicken, or gets the 20 piece mcnugget along with a burger. Everything else is fine.

Ironically, our prior home was just behind a donut shop and they were usually making them as I was rounding the corner to my street at the end of a run. I usually found the smell revolting which is a bit surprising given my weakness in the face of fried yeasty sugary bread-toroids.
