Thanks all. It's pissing me off to sit here and remember the whole damn ordeal, from the asshole who cockily misdiagnosed her and almost killed her on the operating tagle, to the fact that I suggested we skip the MRI and just get the PET. Anyway, I appreciate the well wishes.

On the one hand, you're absolutely right, on the other, I kind of like bitching about it along side the petty crap, because to me it really is part of everyday life now - new normal and all that BS. Appreciate the good thoughts guys, a few hours and a couple of beers and I'm back on track for now.

I was drunk when I posted that last night and reading it now it sounds bitchy. Was supposed to be poignant but missed the mark by a mile. I've laid down some heavy burdens in this thread before, and people were really cool about it.

Gosh I kind of miss Boston a lot.. I just don't feel like I'm fitting in with the culture/crowd of people here in Dallas. I only really feel this when I'm going out and hanging out with people my age.. but it might have to do with the people Im going out with. I still don't have a solid group of friends here and my to-be co workers haven't started yet so I've been hanging out with my roommate's friends/co-workers and dammit, I just have nothing in common with them. I've hung out with my to-be coworkers and I have fun with them because I can relate to them more and they're more of my age group and etc but it's going to be a couple months until they're working full-time.

I guess I just really miss my best friends back home :(

My dog decided to eat 2 times what he normally eats last night, so he woke me up at 4:30, as he had to empty his bowls.

Went back to bed, got woken up again at 8:00 as he had to shit again, where he shifted him self and had to be washed.

Did I mention that it's was hailing/raining/storm and 12c, such a great day for being outside.

    Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

We just have to pick up a bookcase at ikea she said. Then you can go home and take a nap (only slept 2 hours) she said.

That was two hours ago with no end in sight. And she still hasn't packed to move out today.

    Words cannot express the rage.

There was one moment when she asked me to flip a tag so she could read the back presumably because she couldn't reach it.

After she finished reading it she leaned over and flipped it herself.

I'm kinda glad I can rant about this here cuz I'm pretty sure I wouldn't tell offline friends.

I find it hard to stay angry at anything tho. She held my hand briefly and all was forgotten. Now I'm just tired.
