I've had some pretty awful acid reflux for nearly a week. Takes the fun out of burping, eating, drinking and smoking.

Truly awful ******* morning. I spent about an hour conditioning and polishing up a pair of my G&G's, pressed a crease into my trousers last night. Today I put it all on, check the weather, which says foggy and clearing up. Spent about a minute walking to the train and forgot my cell phone. Go home, get the phone, spent about another minute walking and it starts pouring on me. Walk the rest of the way to the train cursing. So now, new finish on the G&G's ruined, hair matted to my face, crease in trousers gone and a busy ******* day. I hate everybody and everything. **** you.

Sounds like you need a good umbrella, sir.

nah, just dehydrated.

Only 2 gal. of tea yesterday? ;)

Ugh, I know the feeling. Usually it means that I've been eating too much, either too often or portion size it too big. Combine that with stress and not enough exercise and it's not a pretty picture.

I have to draft a short bio and CV to post to my company's website in response to my promotion (I'll also have to go to some photographer's home/studio to get a matching photo).

I don't have much to write...I have to pick some practice areas that I specialize in from a list although I am not sure where most of the work I do even fits.

The CV is going to be embarrassingly short...since instead of working off a handful of degrees and a list of lofty publications and previous industry experience, I mostly move forward simply by being awesome. It is literally only going to contain my BA and my time spent at this company...maybe I will throw in the year I spent as an intern at the federal reserve which I suppose is also related professional experience.
