    I'm pissed that I can't run because of a foot injury while running last Saturday. The stationary bike sucks, but it's all I can do for cardio right now. :fu:

    I'm really to sorry to hear about your cousin(s). We've a lot of alcoholics in my family, and its always incredibly hard to watch them go. Its like relatives with alzheimers, but you're mad at them for doing it to themselves, and then you feel guilty for getting mad.

    Thanks guys. I mainly feel awful for his parents. Nobody should have to bury one son, let alone two in ten years.

    its the worst. my grandfather never got over it, til his dying day it haunted him. :(

    no one should have to endure that.
