People who eat veggie burgers piss me off. I mean eat a fish sandwich, or ******* vegetables. Veggie burger sounds like gay sex position between two hippies.

Any of you old enough to remember a time when there was only one fat kid in your class and he/she wasn't really that fat by todays standards?

Yes. When I was young, each class had one, maybe two, kids who were "the fat kids." I don't have many dealings with children anymore, but whenever I see a pack of them, I notice that a much higher percentage of them are fat. Not big boned kind of fat, but the kind of fat where the shape of the body resembles a sphere.

Yup. I remember that. "Fat" back then is "chubby" by today's standards.

You can see the same phenomenon in movies and TV shows. Take Homer Simpson, for example. In the late 80s when that show came out, he was a huge fat dude; now, compared to what's considered fat, he just has a beer gut.
