I have to admit, mayo on fries is good. Sadly, no fries for low carb ex-fattie.
FWIW, the US does this now too. They just call it "aioli."

yes, it's essentially a garlic mayo (emulsion of garlic, oil & egg)
These days it seems anything mixed with mayo = aioli.
Mayo + ketchup = housemade tomato aioli!
it's the hillbilly version of antipasto????
relish + ketchup + mayo = motherfucking tartar sauce.
mayo + relish = tartar sauce
ketchup + horse radish = "cocktail" sauce
sadly enough, I enjoy shrimp and the cocktail sauce. Very hillbilly chic, I know, but sometimes I can just eat a whole platter while drinking my wine in a coffee mug (starbuck's mug though...I'm not a barbarian!)

The highlight of my day was buying a $9 nose-haired trimmer, which would have been the most demoralizing and pathetic moment of any other day during any other week. I'll probably buy Scratchers tickets tomorrow, and not winning will likely be the highlight of that day.
I have plenty growing in the vegie garden at present maybe I could DHL some you? but FM that price is absurd at the best of times at growers markets its around $2.50 for a big bunch.
what's pissing me off is that I lost more money than I wanted to at the casino....and I promised myself I wouldn't be gambling too.
although was cool to see this lady in the same room ball out. she had like 50k in front of her at the baccarat table. completely floored me.
