My boss sends us an email telling us to write down our accomplishments and goals such over the last year because review time is coming up. I never know what to write for the accomplishments part. Uh, did my job? I got promoted intra-year, can I write that?

Slept with the new girl at the office last night. It was good and all that but she is really annoying and may get clingy.

I'm assuming that the Tuscan Chicken (Wrapped) with a nice ending of Cream of Broccoli is a reference to food at Panera, and not something Conne showed her (did to her?) after dinner
