Throw it in to a wall, it usually works
Why do you have 3 Ipods?
Are they from your ghetto friends last burglaries??
being at work. not caring about it anymore. Being pissed. not able to ask out the cute chick i co-work with. etc.
WTF are you talking about?
Somewhere around 120-130 gigs. It's why I went and grabbed a 160 gig Classic just before Xmas when I heard they were going to discontinue that line. This is the first time I've had trouble with an iPod and it turns out it was really not an iPod issue. For some reason my iTunes did not import a few albums off the NAS and was "pointing" towards the NAS for those cuts. All fixed now.
simple fix: don't use iTunes. one of the worst software packages i have ever had the misfortune of installing. yuck.
You need a SAN.
Agreed. It is terrible. What is a reasonable alternative?
Owning an iPod means using iTunes.
I'm quite happy with my current NAS and don't feel I need to bother with a SAN at this point. Maybe when I get a new house in a few years as I plan to have a pretty good install for streaming done around the house/property.
what is a SAN?
i have done things like that in the past with electronics. it has never fixed the problem.
i really need to stop going to bed post 4 o'clock. its not doing me any favors.
My life is pissing me off. Ugh. At least I have lots of little things to complain about, which I love doing.
You're spot on..
People stop complaining when faced by bigger challenges.
Storage area network. The main difference, as far as this civilian can tell you, is that the data in a SAN is not seen as "remote" whereas it is seen as remote with a NAS. OTC can correct me if I'm wrong.
Separate names with a comma.
