As for what's bothering me--got a cold sore. Found out the house I want(ed?) to buy may have a TON of problems, like needing a new roof, really bad "craftsmanship" on the brickwork put infront of the wood frame that may be rotting the frame... oh and because its a historic neighborhood and a historic house I probably won't be able to do anything to the house unless it burns down which won't happen because of the brickwork... :fu:

That all is educated speculation though, FWIW.

As the late, great George Carlin once said, "Think about how stupid the average American is. Then realize that half of the country is stupider than that person."

It's the classic service industry paradox. It does not matter what your service is, from health care to fast food, your lowest paid, least educated, least motivated set of employees with the lowest "buy in" and personal investment in your organization spend the most time with your customers.

brick will burn down and crumble epically... its just dangerous because it turns into a brick furnace that can burn anything 100feet around it. ask anyone living in the queens NY, or detroit area (land of the little brick houses)...

Sounds like some of you need to distance yourselves from urban adults.

And yet there are still so many people who praise the United States. It boggles the mind. :spew:

Think about the worst American in every category... then realize that if you combined every Canadian who has ever lived and ever will, made them one singular person, that person would still be worse than that American in every respect. It boggles the mind.

Have you any idea how stupid the average human being is? Certainly stupider than the average American.

Imagine how stupid the average person is. Then remember that all of Canada is dumber than that person.

GQgeek. Stazy. Feel free to defend your motherland. I'm not even Canadian so their barbs don't even really hurt.

well, in theory i am supposed to be more involved with our customers for that exact reason. however, i have been dicked over way to many times to give a fuck at this point. i involve myself as needed.

not all of the people i was referring to were urban. one is actually a well off kid who went to good schools and is in an MBA program now. these morons pervade all sects of society.
