Women are interesting like that, the fight is usually not actually about whatever you did (which they may admit wasn't wrong or even really a problem in retrospect), the problem is that you made them upset. Trying to resolve the issue is pointless, since it's really not the focus anyway.

Uhg, the wife found a picture of an ex I forgot to throw away. She is very pissed off and hurt. I'm not even sure I want to go home from work. I wanted to say, "hey at least she is not naked," but I refrained. It was more of a city scape of Chicago picture. I was on my old block of Montrose in the winter. The girl is covered from head to foot in a coat.

I guess the wife had asked me to throw this photo away while we were dating. I just don't understand why she is so upset. I wouldn't care. I did actually forget. Don't get married, it's not that fun really.

You shouldn't put up with a woman that gives you grief over nothing or your life will just be a misery. Also the advice to just be patient is completely wrong because it simply reinforces the behaviour and it'll only get worse.

Let her know that she is being stupid and that you won't put up with it, she'll go double crazy but stand your ground tell her that she is treating you like **** and that you won't let anyone get away with that not even her, also tell her that you won't put up with it in the future either. If she wants to get all hormonal and crazy that's fine as long as you are not the target of the crazy (don’t phase it like that). Follow this strategy every time she has an attack of the irrationals and it will eventually stop, go the other way and it'll just get worse. You need to be Churchill not Chamberlain. Of course this only works if you fess up and apologise when she complains when you actually are being a dick..

a woman just scraped my bumper (back side corner of my car) pulling out of a parking spot behind me on the street... I was actually inside the car cleaning it when it happened...

first things first... what happened to old school rubber bumpers? those were buffers to things like this where you didn't care if it was scraped because you can just rub that **** out of the bumper...now its these plastic bumpers that scratch/scuff ugly so easily...

2nd... WTF... i hate to stereotype drivers... but this ******* latina woman in her SUV was parked behind me (street parking) with 4ft of space from my back to her front, but still clips my bumper pulling out... of course her car is scratched/scuffed to **** to begin with...

she scrapes the bumper, stops looks and then looks me in the eye, then I get out of my car and smile and inform her that she scraped the car...

she actually tried to pull the "angry latina" move where she starts yelling at me like i'm wrong and at fault... i'm still smiling and inform her that I was cleaning the car the whole time and even walked around and opened up my hatch repeatedly to clean the back while she was idling... there was PLENTY of space.. plus she was the one who pulled up behind me and parked while I was cleaning the car...

edit: she just tried to pull the "my boyfriend is a police man" on me... great bring him here and make him write out the police report then... this girl is obviously emotionally unstable...this might get sticky...

My dog has a Luxated patella - woke up this morning and she couldn't get up or walk. Took her to the vet but we're embarking on this 3 day holiday that is the most important holiday of the year here - imagine if America had Thanksgiving Day, Christmas, and New Year's in three successive days - yeah everybody is tanked and work is not expected. Luckily we have a good vet and the guy is gonna maybe have to do surgery on her, on the actual day of, and didn't seem bothered by it today. Gotta see what the X-rays say but she got a painkiller shot and doesn't look so happy right now.

Gotta move in two and a half weeks too, nothing is in place yet, and now we'll be going with a dog in the midst of a long recovery
